Luke has a sprained tendon in his knee. He just needs to wrap it, not play sports for a week and ice and elevate it 3 times a day.....on a work/missions trip to the inner city with a bunch of elementary age kids! that should be interesting:) He did it playing ultimate Frisbee, not running:) they play barefoot. Its no wonder Im not at the ER twenty times a year:)!!
